Will fitting a tracker reduce my insurance premium?
Fitting an insurance-approved tracker may satisfy a security requirement in your policy. It does not guarantee a lower premium.
Before booking, ask your insurer which category and features it requires. We can then discuss suitable SmarTrack and Meta Trak options for your vehicle.
What should I do if my vehicle is stolen?
Report the theft to the police and obtain a crime reference number. Then contact your tracker monitoring provider using the details supplied when your system was activated.
Alerts and recovery procedures vary by system and subscription. Check the instructions for the tracker fitted to your vehicle.
How long does tracker fitting take?
Fitting time depends on the vehicle and system. Tell us what you drive and which tracker you need, and we will confirm the appointment length before you visit our Higham on the Hill workshop.
