What is the difference?
A tracker helps locate a vehicle if it is stolen. Some systems also add start protection, so the vehicle cannot be started without a recognised driver card or tag after it has been switched off.
Tracking
Check the vehicle's location in an app and get support from the monitoring provider if a theft is reported. SmarTrack S5 is a tracking option; this standard model does not stop the engine starting.
Tracking plus start protection
