I only bother leaving reviews when I receive an exceptional service and Pawel and his team did a fantastic job when fitting cruise control to my VW T6. Worked perfectly first time and they really bent over backwards to fit me in at a time which was convenient for me. They had a great waiting area to help pass the time, with loads of VW magazine's to read and the price was really competitive. Great service!

Absolutely brilliant job. My new badboy steering wheel is top quality and well worth the money. I'd definitely recommend Paul at Professional Retrofits, obviously passionate about what he does and has a great set up.

Paul and his team gave me great advice and excellent service when replacing both of my mirrors and upgrading them to fold away. They also arranged colour coded covers which were a perfect paint match. They are true professionals and I can throughly recommend them.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a reversing camera installed by Paul and couldn’t be happier with the experience! The team was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. The installation was quick, clean, and the camera works perfectly — the picture quality is excellent and makes parking so much easier. Highly recommend their service to anyone looking for a reliable and stress-free installation!

I can’t recommend Professional Retrofits Limited highly enough! Mike recently fitted a full camera setup to my VW California T6.1, including a genuine VW rear-view camera and a BlackVue DR590X-2CH front and rear dash cam system. The workmanship was outstanding — everything was installed neatly, coded, and tested to factory spec with no shortcuts. The rear-view camera integrates perfectly with the factory system and makes reversing so much easier, while the BlackVue dash cam gives me real peace of mind on the road, knowing I’ve got reliable front and rear coverage. What really impressed me is how Mike went the extra mile to help and protect us. When he started the job, he discovered that whoever had previously fitted the window hadn’t secured the tailgate trim at all — not even a single screw was put back in place. As soon as he began working, the whole thing nearly came crashing down. Instead of cutting corners, Mike took the extra time to put everything back properly and safely. This shows exactly why their service is worth every penny: they don’t just fit equipment, they make sure your vehicle is safe and finished to the highest standard. You might find cheaper quotes elsewhere, but you won’t get the same quality, care, or attention to detail. A big thank you also to Rachel, who welcomed us warmly and looked after us with her hospitality throughout. Together, Mike and Rachel make a brilliant team — professional, caring, and genuinely passionate about doing things right. I wouldn’t trust my Cali with anyone else! (The images of my vehicle they’ve shared really highlight just how brilliant their work is.)

Professional Retrofits were excellent. Very helpful over the phone and email to discuss my upgrades I wanted on my T6.1 transporter. I can't thanks them enough as the new parking sensors and fog lamps added to my van set it off a treat. I will be returning for further upgrades that they offer in the near future. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to add upgrades to their vehicles as I knew my van was in safe hands been worked on.
